NY City artist Scott LoBaido creates painting of Rev. Fred Phelps and daughter outside Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka KS, Sunday, April 17, 2011. LoBaido took a break from his 50 state tour of painting American flags on rooftops in each state to exercise his first amendment rights and finish his painting directly in front of the Westboro “HATE” Compound. American flags are flown upside down at the church compound which is the home base of the famed military funeral protesters.
