dedicating a Flag Mural on One Veteran's Post in Every State

For the last 25 years America's Artist Scott LoBaido has respectfully painted thousands of renditions of Old Glory.  On schools, homes, fire houses, police stations, cars, and canvases.

“50 Flags across America” 2006,  he drove across the United States, in 10 months, and painted a large American Flag on one rooftop in each of the 50 states. He did this so those going to and coming home from war, would see these greeting of thanks.

From June 14-July 4, 2010, he painted the World’s largest version of the Stars and Stripes in Houston Texas next to Hobby Airport.

The Flag is 150,000 square feet (3.5acres). 900 gallons of paint.

Scott's past is rather colorful. His work has been featured in thousands of newspaper articles, TV news programs and radio shows like CNN’s Anderson Cooper, FOX’s Bill O’Reilly, and Fox & Friends, and was named “Person of the Week” on ABC’s World News Tonight.

LoBaido is about to embark on another tour. This time he will paint one of his famous versions of Old Glory on one VFW or American Legion post in every state.

These flag murals are a gift to all the men and woman who served our great country. What better way to thank them by painting a beautiful 3D version of our beloved Star Spangled Banner on the facade of their Veteran's posts.

Start date would be February 20, 2015, North Carolinaand complete by August 25. Approx 3- 4 days in each state.

These posts were chosen for their perfect exterior wall, and also to accommodate Scott's tour route and limited time schedule.

This 50 State tour was complete in August of 201
